First order of business : election of officers. Vote was unanimous as follows;

Second order of business: rule changes.

 

  1. Pulling order to be determined by pulling numbers out of a can.
  2. Procedure for pull off when there is a tie. Ties from 1st to 10th only to be pulled off.Pull off will be done before next class pulls. The boat will be centered.The driver who pulled 1st previously will pull first and have choice of end. The boat will be centered again and second driver will pull and have choice of end also.

New business:

 

  1. Classified add program for web site in progress
  2. John Rebillard is installing new planks on sled
  3. A letter offering assistance to be sent to Hebron Fair
  4. Fee to Fairs to be increased $100. Each
  5. Children hospital benefit pull at Lebanon set for June 25, Lions to provide trophies
  6. Good Sam pull set for June 11, we are paid based on adds we sell
  7. Possible pull in Windsor on October 2
  8. 4 Town fair pull in negotiations
  9. Zag Gray museum to be contacted about pull options
  10. Pull ring restrictions to be tightened up; announcer to expound at beginning of each pull.
  11. List of judges to be made available to members
  12. Big block bars are missing . If not found they will need to be replaced
