Meeting came to order at 4pm

Officer reports:

Secretary: N.A. last meetings minutes are available on the clubs site.

Treasure: Archie Tanner; if you wish to see the report please email Archie Tanner and he can forward it to you.  Reports accepted by Randy Farrington and seconded by John  Clark Sr.

Old Business:

-Bob March has acquired the timbers needed for the sled and will be assembled shortly.

New Business:

-          Getting contracts out to the fairs for the 2012 pulling season, talk about getting us back into Brooklyn Ag Day.

-          All set for Somers Crank Up

-          Up date the site with the current up to date rules / regulations

-          We will be having the banquet at the same facility as last year ( The Imperial Room in Danielson CT.  – Brian Caya

-Motions to be voted upon-

-          Mufflers should be optional?? (*except at Foster Old Home Day where they will remain mandatory) –Brian Caya motioned  and was seconded by Wayne DeCalie

-          Make a 4000lb weight class?? Barb Jello motioned and was seconded by John Clark Sr.
