1. Meeting called to order.
2. Old business: Club officers and judges passed as voted.

                              Rules committee report on proposed changes.

3. New Buisness: Fairs
   1. North Stonington contract pending
   2. Brooklyn fair 4:00pm start, 2:00pm weigh in.
   3. Fosters contract pending per committee
   4. Haddem Neck verbal ok
   5. Brooklyn Ag day proposed.

4. Rules committee reviewed proposed changes before vote.
5. 20 foot pull discussed as being needed to meet fair requirements for a better show. This will be tried for two fairs and readdressed based response from fair committees and club.
